A weekend getaway : Santa Catalina Island

This spring break, I explored the beautiful Island of Catalina accompanied by my fellow friends. Although we attend different schools, we managed to come up with a trip during the weekend.

Being just an hour away from Los Angeles, Catalina has become a famous destination for mainlanders to escape from the hectic city life.

During our visit, we rented golf carts and drove along Catalina’s scenic route. The view from above was breathtaking! Beautiful hilltop houses overlooking the ocean were spotted. From above, the people, the beach and the shop-houses were staged perfectly just like those in paintings.
